Valencian Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 kg of flour.
200 gr. of sugar.
150 gr of butter.
4 eggs
50 gr. yeast.
A pinch of salt.
Candied yolk.
Marzipan.
Walnuts
ELABORATION

After kneading all the ingredients in a bowl, the dough is left to rest so that it rises. Then the candied yolk mixed with marzipan and walnuts is flattened and spread over the surface (it can be varied, depending on what you like best). It is wrapped to form a roll and then the candied fruit is placed on top. To finish, put it in the oven until you prick with a fork and see that it comes out clean of dough. Then to decorate it, sprinkle it with sugar.
