12 pork chops
The chops are cleaned and a little squashed.
They are then seasoned with salt, minced garlic, and lemon juice, and set aside for 30 minutes.
After this time, they are sautéed in a little oil, drained and coated, first in breadcrumbs, then in eggs, and, finally, again in breadcrumbs.
At that point, they are fried in a pan with oil and, when they are golden brown, they are served with a lettuce salad.
