Fish churros

INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg white fish — clean and boneless
2 cloves of garlic
200 g of beer
150 g of flour
parsley
olive oil
Salt
ELABORATION

The fish, once clean of skin and bones, is cut into elongated strips, salted, and reserved.

Put the garlic, beer, flour, and parsley in the glass of the robot and crush it for two minutes at speed 5.

Pour it over the fish and let it rest for five minutes.

It is put to heat in a frying pan with oil and the fish strips are fried.

They are removed and placed on absorbent paper to release the excess oil.

They can be served with different sauces.
