INGREDIENTS
500 g of beans
250 g potatoes
4 turnips
1 chorizo
1 blood sausage
50 g bacon
1 onion
Salt
ELABORATION
The beans must be soaked overnight and, once soaked, they are cooked in the pot – covered – with cold water and salt.
At the first boil, add the bacon and the chorizo; a few minutes later, add the turnips – well cleaned – and the whole onion (if the water is reduced a lot, you can add a little more).
Close the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
After this time, the steam is released or the pot is passed under a stream of cold water and opened.
Then, the potatoes —peeled and cut into small squares— and the black pudding are incorporated; close again and cook for another 10 minutes.
When the cooking is done, it is served very hot.
