200 g of chocolate fondant
1 tablespoon of liquid cream
Put half a glass of water, the sugar, and a few drops of lemon juice in a glass bowl and place it in the microwave oven at 100% power for three minutes. After this time, it is removed from the oven and reserved.
Besides, in another container the chopped chocolate is added with a tablespoon of water; cover it with plastic wrap and put in the microwave —without varying the previous power— until the chocolate melts (about two minutes).
When the chocolate is melted, add the sugar syrup that was reserved, beat everything well, and, finally, add the liquid cream.
The resulting cream is transferred to individual glasses, which are put in the refrigerator to set.
At the moment of serving the glasses can be garnished with whipped cream, multicolored noodles, candied cherries, or chocolate shavings.
