The zucchini cream soup spoils the palate with its great taste. A great steamer recipe for a tasty soup.
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 1 prize Herbs d. Provence
- 1 Stg leek
- 1 prize pepper
- 0.5 Bch cream
- 2 Pc Carrots
- 1 prize salt
- 2 Pc tomatoes
- 1 shot Lemon juice
- 3 Pc zucchini
- 2 Pc Onion, small
Method:
- For the zucchini cream soup, dice the peeled onion and the cleaned carrots. Wash tomatoes and cut into large cubes. Wash the leek and cut into rings. Now wash the zucchini and then cut it in fine slices.
- Put all ingredients together with the stock in the solid content of the steamer. When the vegetables are set to 100 degrees, they will cook for about 13 minutes.
- Then puree the vegetables with a blender. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Provence herbs and refine with cream.
