A creamy soup made from cheese, courgette, and pepperoni with fried bacon. The wonderful starter recipe is easy to prepare.
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 170 G Cheddar, grated
- 4th Tbsp Flour
- 530 ml of milk
- 1 Pc Hot peppers, green
- 1 prize pepper
- 1 prize salt
- 80 G Bacon cubes
- 1 TL Worcester sauce
- 280 G Zucchini
- 1 Pc onion
Method:
- Wash, core, and dice the crunchy peppers. Wash the fresh courgette and grate finely. Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Fry the cubes of bacon in a pan for about 5 minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside. Then sauté the onions with the pepperoni cubes in the brat stock for about 7 minutes and deglaze with the water. Add the zucchini, salt and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Melt the fresh butter slowly in a small saucepan. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper, remove from the heat, and mix in the Worcestershire sauce while stirring. Then put it back on the stove and let the sauce simmer gently for about 4 minutes while stirring.
- Now remove it again from the heat and add some cheese and stir it. Stir in the courgette mixture in the same way and season well with salt and pepper. Arrange in soup plates or bowls and garnish with the juicy bacon cubes.
