This is a great starter recipe and this is an Asian soup and is much more delicious, this is very easy to be made and is very tasty to eat.
We are making this soup for 2 peoples and that is why the ingredients will be accordingly, but if you wanna make it for more than 2 people or less then you can adjust it by yourself or than you can contact us if you got stuck and than we will surely help you out.
Ingredient:
- 1 Tbsp Bouillon powder
- 1 prize chili
- 2 Pc Potatoes
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 prize pepper
- 1 prize salt
- 1 prize Thai curry
- 1 Pc tomato
- 1 Pc zucchini
- 1 Pc onion
Method:
- The first step to make this soup is to was the potatoes and onions and peel them and cut them into small pieces. Now get the tomatoes and Zucchini and wash them and then chop them.
- Get the saucepan and add water and boil it and then add bouillon in it and add coconut milk in it also. Now add vegetables and add some chili and Thai curry and then stir them well. Now let it be there for 15 minutes till the vegetables are cooked.
- Remove the pot from the stove and blend the vegetables with the hand blender. Add some salt and pepper, and you are good to go. Enjoy:)
